{"id":506,"date":"2016-03-24T11:48:53","date_gmt":"2016-03-24T10:48:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/eys-workcamp.de\/?page_id=506"},"modified":"2026-02-09T11:56:12","modified_gmt":"2026-02-09T10:56:12","slug":"vorbereitungsseminare","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/eys-workcamp.de\/en\/ehrenamtliche-gesucht\/vorbereitungsseminare\/","title":{"rendered":"Teamer Preparation Seminars (online and in presence)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>General information on the EYS Preparatory Seminars for volunteer Work Camp leaders<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span>The Ecumenical Youth Services offer two <u>free<\/u> team-makers&#8217; seminars per year, which focus on the following topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accompaniment of group processes in linguistically, culturally and denominationally mixed groups<\/li>\n<li>Crisis intervention plan<\/li>\n<li>Methods and forms of intercultural learning (language animation )<\/li>\n<li>Conception and implementation of thematic work<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of the camp theme under theological, creative and biographical aspects<\/li>\n<li>Organisation and planning of the camp<\/li>\n<li>Legal and insurance<\/li>\n<li>Camp Billing\/Finances<\/li>\n<li>Camp follow-up<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The next <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">digital meetings<\/span><\/strong> will take place on the following dates: :<br \/>\nSaturday March, 28<sup>th<\/sup>, 2026 10 a.m. &#8211; 12 p.m. at Zoom<br \/>\nSaturday April, 18<sup>th<\/sup>, 2026 10 a.m.- 12 p.m. at Zoom<\/p>\n<p>Potential topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Getting in touch again<\/li>\n<li>Prevention<\/li>\n<li>Diversity<\/li>\n<li>EYS Instagram strategy<\/li>\n<li>Camp billing<\/li>\n<li>Information on the 2025 camp programme<\/li>\n<li>Composition of the camp teams (who leads where with whom?)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>In addition to the digital meetings, there is also a plan to meet in person.
