\nWorking together on site brings people into contact who previously had little or no communication with each other. Project partners, employees, the local population, etc. do something together and have a common goal. The experience of accomplishing and achieving something is a grounding and motivating experience for everyone. A sense of community and self-efficacy is experienced. This means that the commitment of the Workcampers radiates into the host communities and inspires and motivates local people.<\/p>\n
