Time to celebrate again. The EYS would like to celebrate its 70th anniversary with everyone who’s interested.
We, the Friends of the Ecumenical Youth Services Association (Förderverein der Ökumenischen Jugenddienste e.V.) and the EYS, have chosen September Friday 25th and Saturday 26th, 2026 for this event. We will meet in Berlin. Beds in shared rooms on the Gäste-Etage have been reserved for approximately 8 people. The Gäste-Etage is a project of the German Scout Association (BDP). Parallel to the anniversary, the current EYS team members will meet from September 25th to 27th for an evaluation seminar/anniversary and will also stay on the Gäste-Etage!

From 6 p.m. Arrival at the Gäste-Etage in Wedding, getting to know each other and chatting
8 p.m. Dinner and cosy get-together
Saturday
8:30 a.m. Breakfast
10:00 a.m. Camp site tour: Guided tour of the Luisenkirchhöfe “The fruits of 21 EYS work camps and what’s next?”
1:00 p.m. Lunch snack at the Luisenkirchhöfe
2:30 p.m. Anniversary service in the chapel at the Luisenkirchhöfe
4.30 p.m. Coffee and cake in the new office building at Goethestr. 30 (headquarters of the EYS and the Förderverein der Ökumenischen Jugenddienste e.V.)
5.00 p.m. Workshops
8.00 p.m. Dinner together in the neighbourhood / time to chat, make plans and celebrate
